Once booked you will receive a confirmation email for ‘Bookthatapp’ on the attachment will be the exact location of your treatment. Please check your junk folder, or call us to let us know you haven’t received this.

Non Attendance

We allow a 10 minute window for lateness if you have made your Practitioner aware. Sometime we may not have clients after your treatment and will either go home or have time to wait for you. So please keep us informed. If you turn up without contacting us and longer than the 10 minute window unfortunately you will have lost your appointment.
