1. Acceptance of Terms of Business
By booking treatments or training courses with Luxury Lush Academy, you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Business. We strongly recommend reading these terms carefully. If you have any questions or are unsure about any aspect, please contact us at the details provided.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Training Courses
• Refunds: A full refund will be issued if training theory and membership materials have not been dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of your request.
• Requests: Refund requests must be emailed to info@luxurylushacademy.co.uk. Please do not call the office number as our staff cannot handle finance-related queries and will direct you to email your request.
2.2 Treatments
• Cancellation Policy:
• Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
• Between 24–48 hours of booking: 75% refund, minus £50 if a consultation has occurred.
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment: No refund, but rescheduling is available for a £50 fee.
• Lateness: A 10-minute grace period is offered if you notify us. Lateness beyond this will require rescheduling with a £50 fee. Refunds will not be provided for lateness.
• Prescription-based treatments: Payments for prescriptions (e.g., anti-wrinkle treatments) are non-refundable once issued.
2.3 Refund Requests
• Email refund requests to info@luxurylushacademy.co.uk no later than 9:00 am the day before the appointment.
• For weekend appointments, requests must be sent by 9:00 am the preceding Friday.
Note: Refund processing takes 30 working days.
3. Scope of Service and Insurance Products
Our services include tailored insurance products for beauty professionals, provided through an exclusive arrangement with Hiscox Underwriting Ltd. We do not offer advice or recommendations based on a market-wide analysis. All sales are non-advised.
3.1 Financial Solvency
While we work with reputable insurers, we do not guarantee their financial solvency.
3.2 Insurance Details
• Hiscox Underwriting Ltd, registered in England (No. 02372789), operates under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), registration number 308922.
• They receive commissions from Hiscox Insurance Company Limited and do not charge separate arrangement fees.
