Consultation
Consultations are important for all new clients to ensure that we can advise the most appropriate treatments for you. We assess each case individually in order to understand what factors are underlying the conditions that we are going to treat.
The consultation process includes a comprehensive medical history, treatment area analysis, photographic assessment and a treatment plan. We take great care to understand your concerns and assess the underlying causes. We will guide you through treatment choices, pros, cons and alternatives. You will have ample opportunity to discuss possible treatment in a supportive environment. We can arrange this once booked, or alternative please contact the team beforehand.
Treatment Details

Non Attendance
We allow a 10 minute window for lateness if you have made your Practitioner aware. Sometime we may not have clients after your treatment and will either go home or have time to wait for you. So please keep us informed. If you turn up without contacting us and longer than the 10 minute window unfortunately you will have lost your appointment.
