Consultations are important for all new clients to ensure that we can advise the most appropriate treatments for you. We assess each case individually in order to understand what factors are underlying the conditions that we are going to treat.
The consultation process includes a comprehensive medical history, treatment area analysis, photographic assessment and a treatment plan. We take great care to understand your concerns and assess the underlying causes. We will guide you through treatment choices, pros, cons and alternatives. - Allergy to Lidocaine

Pre-Treatment Instructions:
- Avoid makeup before treatment.
- Abstain from anti-inflammatory medications and alcohol before treatment.
Aftercare Instructions:
- Expect tightness, tenderness, and possible redness or bruising.
- Avoid anti-inflammatories; use paracetamol if needed.
- Refrain from applying cosmetics for 24 hours.
- Sleep on your back with a soft pillow for the first week.
- Avoid showering or touching your face for 24 hours.
- Limit vigorous activities for 5 days.
- Abstain from alcohol for the next 48 hours.

Non Attendance
We allow a 10 minute window for lateness, but please make your practitioner aware. on rare occasions we might have capacity to wait longer, but you need to speak to the practitioner before the appointment is due to start. If you turn up without contacting us unfortunately you will lose your appointment. Which will result in the loss of your payment also. Please call 07958167582
