Consultation Process
If this is your first appointment, we will begin with a consultation unless you’ve already met with a practitioner.
Consultations allow us to create a personalised treatment plan based on your goals and medical history.
This process includes:
- A full medical history review
- Assessment of treatment areas
- Photographic analysis
- A tailored treatment plan and full discussion of options
We’ll guide you through every step in a supportive environment. Consultations can be arranged after booking or in advance by contacting our team directly.

- Results can last up to 12 months

Filler can be used across the following areas:
Lips, Cheeks, Nasolabial folds (nose to mouth), Marionette lines (mouth to chin), Mouth corners, Jawline, Chin
Note: To see noticeable results, at least 1ml per area is usually recommended (unless this is a top-up session).
Additional filler on the day: £75 per 1ml

Booking Confirmation & Location
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email from BookThatApp.
The treatment address will be included in the attachment.
If you don’t see it, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us directly for assistance.
Late Arrivals & Non-Attendance
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals if you’ve informed your practitioner.
If we have no clients scheduled after you, we may wait — but if we don’t hear from you and you’re more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be forfeited.
