All clients booking in for prescription-based treatments must have a consultation with our prescriber before treatment can go ahead.
To ensure your booking is processed smoothly, please:
✅ Use a working phone number and email address when booking. We will contact you to arrange your prescriber consultation. Bookings without valid contact information may be delayed or cancelled.
📅 Choose a treatment date at least 2 weeks in advance. This allows time for your prescription consultation to be completed and approved in advance of your appointment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This is a legal requirement to ensure your treatment is safe, compliant, and fully tailored to your needs.

Once booked you will receive a confirmation email for ‘Bookthatapp’ on the attachment will be the exact location of your treatment. Please check your junk folder, or call us to let us know you haven’t received this.
Non Attendance
We allow a 10 minute window for lateness if you have made your Practitioner aware. Sometime we may not have clients after your treatment and will either go home or have time to wait for you. So please keep us informed. If you turn up without contacting us and longer than the 10 minute window unfortunately you will have lost your appointment.
